Returns & Exchanges:

We take great pride in our products and we hope that you are absolutely delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchases within 30 days of purchase. Returns may be made via mail by the carrier of your choice, as return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For your convenience, you may contact us for a prepaid shipping label to affix to your package for a return or exchange and the cost of that label will be deducted from your payment once your item(s) has arrived. Please note that all sale merchandise and custom orders do not qualify for our return policy - this means NO REFUNDS on sale, custom made, personalized, and embroidered items. Cancellation and refunds on items that are prepurchased (preorders) will not be accepted. If you would like to return a preorder item, you may do so after the item is received and the return process is followed.

        We only accept returns on items that are unused, tagged, and have all original packaging that is in good condition.

        All items must be in 100% sale-able condition.

What are your shipping rates?

*Over-sized items, such as nap mats,cotton wreaths, and serving trays do not qualify for this offer. Custom items may have a separate shipping charge, as some are printed and shipped directly from separate warehouses.


When will my order arrive?
Typically, orders will ship within 2 days of purchase or before and arrive within 3-5 business days from the time of shipment. Custom/personalized items vary in processing time. Most custom items take 10 business days for personalization before shipping to you.

If ordering PREORDER item(s) with IN-STOCK item(s), the IN STOCK items will not ship until PREORDER item(s) ship. If you would like your IN STOCK item(s) to ship immediately, please place a separate order.

Can you rush my order?
Occasionally we may be able to rush an order. Please contact us before placing your order and let us know what item(s) you're planning on ordering, when you need them by, and where they need to be shipped to. We'll let you know what rush options are available, if any.

Can I make changes to my order?
If you'd like to request a change to an order, please contact us ASAP. Orders are processed throughout the day, every day. Once an item has gone into production, we can no longer make changes to it or cancel it.

We have made every effort to accurately display our product colors on our website. However, please note that colors vary a bit due to the monitor they are viewed on.
